Project Architect – (2583)

Location: Seattle, WA.

Our client is an award-winning Seattle architecture and urban design firm. They focus on creating architecture that realizes a client’s vision, reflects the community’s values, and puts people first. The firm is seeking a Project Architect with 7-10 years of experience and the ability to lead a team in the preparation and coordination of design documents for medium to large multifamily projects and commercial projects

You have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 7 to 10 years of architectural experience (Architect I or Architect II)
• Registered Architect at a NAAB accredited program university
• Proven experience in Revit
• A desire to work in a team-oriented, creative, and collaborative environment
• Strong desire to mentor and teach younger staff
• Experience with medium to large multifamily and mixed-use projects
• Proficient drawing production and technical skills
• Extensive experience with all types of construction
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
