Mechanical Engineer/HVAC

Summary:

The Mechanical Engineer/HVAC will be an independent, proactive, lead HVAC engineer for technical projects ranging from commercial interiors to retail, and infrastructure.

You Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of mechanical engineering experience in the construction engineering field with a focus on commercial interiors and infrastructure.
• Will consider backgrounds from other relevant sectors.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certificate is highly preferred (but not mandatory).
• Team management experience preferred (but not mandatory)
• Intimate knowledge of applicable building codes, engineering standards, and other trades.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or BIM/REVIT modeling.
