In the role of Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will take on the crucial responsibility of providing technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the mechanical staff within your operating groups. Your primary objectives include ensuring the overall quality of engineering endeavors, overseeing appropriate fee development, and ensuring the timely billing and collection of project fees. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Director to achieve marketing goals, meet revenue projections, and exceed client expectations. Depending on project size, complexity, or client preferences, you may also serve as the Project Engineer.
Qualifications for Senior Mechanical Engineer:
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar Engineering Consulting firm or Architectural Engineering environment.
- Hold a PE License or have the ability to obtain reciprocity.
- Demonstrate diverse healthcare project design and project management experience.
- Exhibit proficiency in project management, fee negotiation, proposal creation, and conducting kick-off meetings.
- Possess a BSME or an equivalent recognized degree.
- Showcase excellent leadership skills and a strong aptitude for project management.
