About the Role
We’re seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the delivery of innovative design solutions across a variety of facility projects. This role offers hands-on involvement in system design, mentoring opportunities, and cross-disciplinary collaboration, with the backing of an experienced and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
Support mechanical system design for a range of project types and sizes
Perform load calculations, system studies, and equipment selection
Prepare and review technical drawings and specifications
Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers in design meetings
Conduct job site visits and review contractor submittals
Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior staff
Help manage discipline-specific budgets and scheduling
Stay current with industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
Minimum of 4 years of experience in mechanical design and analysis
Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong knowledge of engineering codes, standards, and methodologies
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
