About the Role

We’re seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the delivery of innovative design solutions across a variety of facility projects. This role offers hands-on involvement in system design, mentoring opportunities, and cross-disciplinary collaboration, with the backing of an experienced and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support mechanical system design for a range of project types and sizes

  • Perform load calculations, system studies, and equipment selection

  • Prepare and review technical drawings and specifications

  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers in design meetings

  • Conduct job site visits and review contractor submittals

  • Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior staff

  • Help manage discipline-specific budgets and scheduling

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in mechanical design and analysis

  • Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Strong knowledge of engineering codes, standards, and methodologies

  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
