Job Overview

We are currently hiring an Architecture Project Leader in the Charlotte, NC studio responsible for managing project managers focused on multifamily projects by facilitating commitment, productivity, and removing obstacles for success. Lead the development of conceptual architectural projects and cost estimates, while coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Manages, oversees, coordinates and delegates activities of the function covering but not limited to scope of work and design definition, feasibility studies, project budgeting and contract agreement, management and invoicing.
  • Communicates effectively, provides consultative advice, counsel, education and guidance up, down and across all levels of the project with client, stake holders and team members in effort to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Collaborate and share through consistent communication to achieve profitable results while being a role model.
  • Lead by “hands on” participation of the architecture design through implementation.
  • Heavy communication with clients, contractors, stake holders and within architectural team.
  • Successful management of numerous projects at one time.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture
  • Registered Architect in State of North Carolina with 8+ years in Multifamily projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Sketch up is a plus.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude – someone who enjoys good work and is fun to work with.
