Total Compensation Package: $85,000 – $105,000+ (including benefits and growth opportunities)
About the Role
We are seeking a Civil Engineer Associate (EIT) with 2–5 years of experience in urban stormwater management to join our collaborative and growth-focused team in Northwest Austin. In this role, you’ll contribute to impactful infrastructure projects—many of which directly serve the City of Austin—focused on flood control, drainage systems, and water quality improvements.

What You’ll Do
Support stormwater and drainage infrastructure projects for the City of Austin and other public sector clients.
Assist in the design and analysis of detention basins, drainage systems, water quality features, and flood control measures.
Use HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and other hydrologic/hydraulic modeling tools for project analysis.
Develop construction documents, drawings, and exhibits using Civil 3D, MicroStation, and ArcMap.
Conduct field visits and topographic analysis to inform design solutions.
Assist with report preparation, technical documentation, and permitting support.
Collaborate across disciplines with engineers and project managers to ensure project delivery.
Grow your technical expertise, public sector project experience, and client-facing skills.
What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required).
Certification: Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification (required).
Experience: 2–5 years in civil engineering with a focus on stormwater, drainage, or water quality projects.
Software Skills: Proficiency in HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS; working knowledge of Civil 3D, MicroStation, and ArcMap (preferred).
