Your Profile:

• Professional degree in Architecture
• 8-10 years' experience in Education
• Proficiency in project design phases, construction documentation, and materials
• Familiarity with building codes, specifications, and engineering systems
• Strong project management skills
• Revit proficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lead and coordinate junior staff
• Collaborative and professional work ethic
• LEED AP or within 6 months of hire
• Licensure

Your Role As a Project Manager, you will:

• Understand design philosophies, building concepts, and design software technology.
• Promote excellence in design, execution, and sustainability.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and work plan.
• Lead communication between clients and our team, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Integrate design and technical aspects of the project.
• Monitor project team performance and compliance with quality standards.
• Establish and document regular project meetings.
• Initiate and maintain project set-up, including contract review and invoicing.
• Ensure financial goals are met and provide timely information for invoicing.
• Manage client relationships, collections, and close-out of projects.
• Oversee staffing resources and contribute to a positive teamwork atmosphere.
• Participate in marketing opportunities and client relationship development.
