Position: Project Architect / Project Manager

Job Summary:
This position would perform in all facets of the building design process, including preparation of presentations, schematic design, design development, contract documents, model building, and rendering, as well as construction administration while adhering to budgets, timelines, schedules, and other project requirements.

You Have:
- A professional degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university
- 8-12 years of experience in a professional environment
- Proficiency in Revit, CAD, Rhino, 3D modeling and rendering programs, and experience in Revit is of particular importance
- Knowledge of materials, project design, and preparation of construction documents
- Experience in all conventional aspects of architecture
- Experience in all phases and aspects of a project
- Required: Architectural license/registration or working towards license
- Optional: Active NCARB record
You Will:
- Develop concepts based on given criteria; use feedback to modify designs
- Work collaboratively with other team members as to the best approach
- Work on high-level tasks and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously
- Produce sets of production documents in both design development and construction documentation phases
- Increase required technical and functional skills in related technologies, which may include Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Revit, Rhino, Enscape, Sketchup, and other 3D modeling and rendering programs
- Act as a project manager for small and medium projects or teams
- Develop relationships and interact with clients
- Communicate with client agents, subcontractors, and consultants
- Participate in professional development activities and initiatives, both inside and outside the firm
- Build and maintain a network of connections within the industry; attend events central to the firm’s strengths and goals
- Mentor and develop team members
