Total Compensation Package: $135,000 – $165,000+ (including benefits, retirement, and performance incentives)

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Manage mission-critical projects from concept through construction.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams, including civil engineers, MEP professionals, and consultants.

• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Mission-Critical Expertise

• Oversee site due diligence, test fits, and utility coordination.

• Manage fast-paced design processes for data centers and mission-critical facilities.

• Collaborate with MEP teams to integrate critical infrastructure seamlessly.

3D BIM Modeling & Design Coordination

• Work with design teams to ensure accurate BIM model integration of site components.

• Support multidisciplinary design alignment across civil, architectural, and MEP scopes.

Construction Administration

• Oversee construction progress and compliance with design intent.

• Address challenges, manage RFIs, and ensure quality control standards are met.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Foster strong communication between civil, architectural, and MEP teams.

• Provide strategic project updates to leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) required.

• Experience: 5+ years in project management with a focus on mission-critical environments (data centers, infrastructure, or related).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Civil 3D, BIM modeling, and design coordination.

• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, client communication, and organizational skills.
