Position: Architect - Multifamily Residential (2876)

Location: Atlanta, GA

We have partnered with an award-winning architecture and interior design firm headquartered in Atlanta, GA, with global project expertise!

They are looking for an Architect with 5+ years of experience, notably with office, hospitality, multifamily residential, or mixed-use projects, to join their growing practice in Atlanta, Georgia. This position will perform all facets of the building design process, including preparation of presentations, schematic design, design development, contract documents, model building, rendering, and construction administration while adhering to budgets, timelines, schedules, and other project requirements.

You Will:

• Develop concepts based on given criteria; use feedback to modify designs
• Work collaboratively with other team members as to best approach
• Increase required technical and functional skills in related technologies, which may include Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Revit, Rhino, Enscape, Sketchup, and other 3D modeling and rendering programs
• Lead small team on a task-by-task basis
• Participate in professional development activities and initiatives, both inside and outside the firm
• Build and maintain a network of connections within the industry; attend events central to the firm’s strengths and goals
• Any other duties as assigned

You Have:

• A professional degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university
• 5 + years of experience in a professional environment; experience in office, hospitality, multifamily residential, or mixed-use projects is preferred
• Proficiency in Revit, CAD, Rhino, 3D modeling and rendering programs; experience in Revit is preferred
• Knowledge of materials, project design, and preparation of construction documentation
• Experience in all conventional aspects of architecture
• Experience in all phases and aspects of a project is desirable
• On track for future professional licensure or certification if not yet licensed
• Optional: Architectural license/registration
• Optional: NCARB certification
