Job Title: Plumbing Design Engineer

You will:
Design plumbing systems and fire protection for commercial and institutional buildings, including performing calculations, equipment selection and layout. Analyze system operational data and make recommendations for improving system performance. Provide technical leadership. Maintain knowledge on company standards, product specifications, perform coordinate with other trades, and ensure adherence to codes and standards.

• Salary for design staff plus additional straight-time pay for all hours worked over 40 hours per week, salary range $85,000 to $150,000

You have:
Minimum of two years’ experience and understanding of the building codes. Fire protection design experience is highly desirable, Experience in writing specifications, fee estimating, and contracting/field experience are desirable. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Revit.
