LinQuest is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator II to join our team in Florida or Colorado. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance are required.
The Senior Contracts Administrator II will perform a wide range of contract administration functions to support day-to-day operations of contract programs. The Senior Contracts Administrator II will collaborate with internal departments and ensure all contracts are administered in accordance with established company policies, procedures, and compliance obligations. This individual will be capable in performing analysis and generating proposals and contract documents. This individual will also make improvement recommendations to functional processes and ensure the organization's compliance and effectiveness, while always maintaining the highest standards of ethical behavior.
**Preferred locations is Florida are Orlando or Fort Walton Beach.**
**Hybrid/remote work may be considered for this opportunity.**
Responsibilities:
- Draft, generate, interpret, and manage proposals and contract documents, in accordance with internal and external requirements and schedules, to ensure these documents properly reflect business objectives.
- Partner with contract managers in coordinating and analyzing input from other organizations during the negotiation processes.
- Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters.
- Advise and represent the organization on issues concerning contract matters.
- Disseminate Customer contractual requirements within the organization.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage Customer demand scheduling and order fulfillment.
- Prepare documentation for legal and contract negotiations.
- Maintain historical contractual records and audit artifacts.
- Ensure coordination with the Customer program team.
- Coordinate demand effort with the Operations team.
- Provide advice on contract administration.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Associate's Degree with emphasis in business, finance, accounting or supply management or related field, or equivalent, preferred but not required.
- 8+ years of experience.
- Knowledge in U.S. Government (FAR/DFARs) Contracting.
- Ability to effectively work with the management of other organizations as well as representatives of Government agencies.
- Prior experience with various contract types such as IDIQs, Time & Material, Cost types, Firm Fixed Price, etc.
- Experience with contract negotiations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and short deadlines.
- Ability to work with little oversight and follow established policies and procedures including acquisition laws and regulations.
- Conversant in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exercises independent judgement and proactively handles supplier/vendor issues.
- Strong presentation and written communication skills.
- Ability to obtain clearance. US citizenship required.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in business, finance, accounting or supply management or related field, or equivalent.
Compensation for Colorado: Starting salary ranges from approximately $82,373 to $105,026, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
