The Difference You Will Make:

The Multi-Site Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide variety of general maintenance & repairs for Associations managed by Collective House. This includes but is not limited to: general maintenance of the common elements, property inspections, and  ground care. In addition to providing maintenance services to the Association, the Multi-Site Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for performing ancillary services for homeowners including but not limited to basic plumbing repairs, basic electrical work, and other areas as assigned by the Association Operations Team.

Who You Are: 

  • Completes repair and service work orders including HVAC related repair, replacement, and service work orders. 
  • Responds to homeowner service requests and concerns in a timely manner. 
  • Completes daily logs of work completed using work order and time card system to allocate time worked. 
  • Cleans work area, company tools, and equipment and maintains an inventory of supplies and equipment. 
  • Assists with snow and ice removal within designated community areas during inclement weather. 
  • Completes preventative maintenance and routine inspections of HVAC equipment and other infrastructure as scheduled or needed. 
  • Completes community waste management inspections and ensures grounds and property remain clean and free of debris. 
  • Travels to all Association sites as work orders designate.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

  • HVAC, EPA Universal license, with experience in HVAC repair, replacement, and service experience required for residential, retail or commercial properties.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training, and one year of maintenance and/or service experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience

  • The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong customer service skills 
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to follow directions 
  • Ability to adhere and ensure all health and safety policies and procedures are followed at all times. 
  • Work requires strong knowledge and technical skills associated with light carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC repair, replacement, and service, and pool maintenance.
  • A valid, unrestricted driver's license is required.
  •  Commercial Pool Operator (CPO) license required.
