Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician is a key role on the team as they are responsible for efficiently performing all necessary maintenance for the apartment community.

What your day-to-day might look like: 

  • Perform appliance, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC duties in a timely and professional manner 
  • Inspect vacated apartments and perform duties to restore apartments to “make ready” status 
  • Complete resident service requests and preventative maintenance repairs  
  • Assist in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities to ensure high-quality upkeep
  • Perform effective emergency maintenance calls per company policy 
  • Assist Maintenance Supervisor with various duties and tasks as needed 

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of hands-on general maintenance experience
  • HVAC Certified or must be willing to become certified (company will pay for)
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent to
  • Reliable transportation
  • You are punctual, dependable and a self-starter
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule and be on-call when needed
