Job Description

In a time of unprecedented expansion, we are seeking a Recruitment Operations Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will collaborate with Lakeshore recruiters to orchestrate timely interview schedules and deliver seamless onboarding experiences. The position also requires handling various operational tasks, including updating candidate records, managing inboxes, and providing crucial administrative support when needed. Applicants should have outstanding organizational and time-management skills, the ability to manage competing priorities and calmness under pressure. The ideal candidate possesses a strong sense of urgency and a curiosity to learn.  

The position is primarily remote, but candidates should live within a commutable distance to our Carson, CA, headquarters. 

A day on the job looks like this: 

  • Schedule interviews in collaboration with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers (assisting our HQ recruiters, Asia team, and Internal team) 
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are provided promptly 
  • Monitor and manage incoming emails and communications related to recruitment, ensuring timely responses and appropriate action 
  • Maintain candidate records and information in our systems with accuracy and confidentiality 
  • Track and manage employee referrals, including communication with referring employees and tracking referral bonuses 
  • Manage invoicing processes for recruitment-related expenses, including vendor invoices, candidate travel reimbursements and recruitment advertising costs 
  • Provide administrative/operation support to the Recruitment team as needed 

Qualifications

Got the skills and experience? Here’s what we’re looking for: 

  • 1-2 years of related experience preferred 
  • Demonstrated track record of responding promptly to inquiries, scheduling requests and candidate communications 
  • Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through 
  • Excellent time-management skills, with a knack for balancing efficiency and attention to detail in all tasks 
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience 
  • Ability to engage candidates and act as a company ambassador 
  • Team player with a collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues across the organization 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Passion for organization and administrative support 
  • Ability to maintain confidential information 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. 
  • Familiarity with SmartRecruiters preferred
