About the Team:

• The Overland Park Laboratory provides a range of services for patients including the Hematology Testing, Molecular Testing, Chemistry Testing and Microbiology Testing.

Internship Assignment Summary:

• Rotate through each area of the Lab.
• Train and learn the day to day routines and job of a Lab Tech/Lab Assistant
• Familiarize yourself with the workflow of the laboratory
• Assist the tech maintenance, QC and calibrations.

Education/Qualifications/Skills:

• Working towards Associates/bachelor’s degree in Science. Preferably in Laboratory Science.
• Has interest in working in a laboratory.
• Ability to multitask.
