The Opportunity:

The Production Team maintains Keystone’s core values and supports business goals by assembling manufactured components into fixtures that our customer requires. The Production Material Handler is responsible for the efficient flow of materials from picking to assembly, ensuring accuracy in production orders.

Your Impact:

Picking:

  • Manage the flow of production components from picking to assembly

  • Verify picked order counts to ensure production accuracy by initialing production order pick ticket

  • Work directly with Production Team Lead to address issues or concerns with defects identified as it relates to picking product

  • Meet with Team Lead to obtain Production pick tickets for picking in either Warehouse or Production area to support incoming production orders

  • Separate Production area components to match fixture counts on individual pallets

  • Replenish kanban inventory bins weekly using drop sheet

Put Away:

  • Put away holding stock/quick ship inventory in Warehouse locations as needed from flow bin

  • Ability to implement necessary updates including closing out orders and bin allocations in our ERP system – Prophet21

Miscellaneous:

  • Replenish pallet inventory and remove scrap pallets as needed

  • Remove scrap material from Production area weekly

  • Replenish scrap fixtures/components as needed at the end of assembly orders

  • Provide suggestions for LEAN process improvements

  • Various other activities related to pallet stacking and general material movement

What you bring:

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Past assembly work is a plus

  • 1+ years’ experience working in a warehouse or related environment

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, time-sensitive work environment

  • Forklift/Pallet Jack certifications
