Responsibilities & Requirements

Job Responsibilities:Compound and dispense medication/pharmaceuticals upon receipt and verification of computerized/written/verbal physician ordersPerform all duties necessary to provide for the effective daily operation of all departmental services and programsSupervises support personnel in all work areas and completes clinical and distributive activities in addition to other duties as assignedOversee pharmacy inventory, record keeping, and accountingComply with state and federal drug laws, KHN policies and proceduresJob Qualifications:Graduated from an accredited school of pharmacy with either a B.S. in Pharmacy or a PharmDActive State of Ohio pharmacist licenseTwo years hospital pharmacy experience preferredExcellent written and oral communication skills
