Campus Overview
Soin Medical Center
- Soin Medical Center has been serving residents of Greene, Western Clark, Eastern Montgomery, and Miami counties since 2012.
- Conveniently located off I-675 in Beavercreek.
- Provides a variety of health care services and is home to 4 accredited Centers of Excellence including hernia and robotic surgery.
- Soin is currently licensed for 125 beds which will increase after the expansion completion in the Fall of this year.
- In 2020, Soin received an “A” from the Leapfrog Group, a national patient safety watchdog, ranking among the safest hospitals in the United States.
- Accredited by the American College of Emergency Physicians as a Level 3 Geriatric Emergency Department.
- We partner with local farms in Greene County to provide fresh produce to employees, patients, and their families.
- Received 4 Star Baby-Friendly Hospital status by the Ohio Hospital Association.

Responsibilities & Requirements
Responsibilities
- Provides physical therapy services under the delegation and supervision of a Physical Therapist as outlined in the Guide to Standards of Care for Physical Therapy Practice and Ohio Laws and Rules governing the profession.
- Follows the plan of care and works in consortium with the supervising therapist to achieve the goals and discharge plans established during assessments.
- The physical therapist assistant may assist in the development and participate in patient oriented programs and community educational services as well as market all services provided by the department/organization.
- The physical therapist assistant is supervised by the physical therapist for performance of direct patient care, reports directly to the Manager. Indirect supervision is given by the Rehab Medicine Supervisor
Qualifications
Applicants Must Have:
- Graduate of an accredited school with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting
- Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Ohio
