OneDigital is looking for an emerging business professional to join the Danvers retirement and wealth team to assist in delivering superior services to our clients. You will be working closely with service members of our wealth and retirement team, learning directly from them, and gain a broad overview of all facets of our business.  Our team believes in high performance, collaboration, authentic communication, open feedback, and overall excellence. JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY  

This paid internship program exposes interns to all facets of the retirement and wealth business.  Successful interns will gain a clear understanding of their own interest in this rewarding field and identify the facet of our business most attractive to them.  If you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, excellent team skills and outstanding communication skills, we would like to speak with you.  

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):  

• Work in conjunction with the service team on day-to-day service including client financial planning meetings and follow-up tasks

• Support business development efforts, which may include events, campaigns, prospect meetings and proposals 

• Assist the retirement plan group with putting together investment meeting materials and other due diligence efforts

Education:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree – a business finance focus is preferred but not required
