Summary:
This 10-week, paid internship will give you hands-on experience at one of the nations’ fastest growing strategic advisory firms. In this program, interns will have a wide variety of responsibilities within multiple departments of OneDigital, focusing on a path to employment upon graduation. This is a summer 2023opportunity with daily workloads and schedules set by the department Manager or Director.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Shadow team members within Sales, Retention, Marketing and Client Services and provide support using the Microsoft suite of products and start to learn the basics of the benefits business.
Departments: Sales
Shadowing preparation for sales meetings;
Organizing data for outbound sales and client retention campaigns;
Perform additional duties within our Client Resource Management system (D365).
Attend vendor demonstrations with Supervisor meetings, take detailed notes, and provide Supervisor summarized meeting notes
Research new vendors based on client needs and location
Call new vendors to obtain pricing, specific client quotes, and/or overview of services
Departments: Retention
Shadowing preparation for client renewal meetings
Assisting with client documentation
Using project management and communication skills to work with experienced teams in identifying requirements and resources needed to support the RFP process.
Act as a part of the Employee Engagement Department which includes: Health & Wellbeing (H&W), Population Health Management, Communications
Assist the Operations Manager with internal Culture & Wellbeing events and initiatives when applicable
Departments: Marketing
Supporting existing and new marketing campaigns
Attend internal weekly, monthly, and quarterly team meetings, take detailed notes, and provide Supervisor summarized meeting notes.
Departments: Client Services
Shadowing preparation for client meetings
Attend client-facing meetings, take detailed notes, and provide Supervisor summarized meeting notes
Assisting with client documentation

Assist with custom client communications and employee education such as H&W/Engagement/Communication surveys, survey results, event flyers, benefits-related videos, posters, org charts, etc
Client wellness event coordination and attendance

Education, Training and Experience:
A rising Junior or rising Senior with an expected graduation date of either '24 or '25
In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to: Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook
Comfortable working with others in various environments
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
