Position Summary:

This position assists the Sales Representatives in facilitating the sales of windows, doors and millwork products through our channel partners to enhance the KCM and the brands we represent in the marketplace through education, promotion and implementing best practices in the field. 

Essential Functions: 

• Receives blueprints and/or specifications, analyzes information, develops quotations for products, and communicates quotations to customers and sales representatives.
• Receives customer purchase orders and order confirmations, releases quotes to orders, and enters sales orders in a timely manner.
• Confirms accuracy of orders placed by customers and expected delivery dates.
• Provides sales support by answering telephone, determining the nature of the callers business, and assisting customers and sales representatives.
• Works closely with manufacturer support, sales representatives, purchase agents, shop, warehouse, shipping, and service personnel to provide accurate, complete, and timely delivery of products to customers.
• Responds to customer product inquiries, complaints, and product service needs, and follows up on messages, back orders, defective material, order entry errors, and delivery errors.
• Participates in continuing education and training by attending sales meetings, factory tours, and trade shows.
