Overview:
The Ford Blue Advantage Consultant will be responsible for supporting the Brand by acquiring dealership enrollees, by conducting ongoing training for enrolled dealership staff, and by developing and managing strategic plans for certification and sales in each enrolled dealership in their market. The ideal candidate will be competitive, persuasive, and analytical.
Candidates should have complex retail acumen, an awareness of contemporary customer experience expectations, and must be able to demonstrate past training/presentation success.
Salary range: $85,000 - $95,000
Responsibilities:
- Energetically promote the Ford Blue Advantage brand and effectively communicate its value
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships in assigned market through personal integrity, expertise, and follow-through
- Consult with dealership executive management to evaluate business goals and develop strategies for success
- Provide ongoing program training to management and relevant sales, service, and administrative staff
- Identify process workflow gaps and create solutions and best practices that create customer experiences befitting the Brand and that drive dealership efficiency, sales, and profit
- Guide dealerships by utilizing program analytics, tools, and resources
- Perform administrative duties (visit reporting, action planning, expense reporting, travel planning, etc.) in a timely manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- Automotive operations experience
Requirements:
- Ability to deliver an informative and engaging experience, either in-person or virtually, with excellent facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills
- Ability to engage dealership personnel at all levels and respond to questions/concerns in a positive and timely manner
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with demonstrated competency in creating professional presentations
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be flexible enough to respond positively to changes in schedule based on client needs
- Commitment to maintain travel schedule of up to 85% of work hours
