We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team. In this role you will manage the full cycle recruiting process to bring ITC top talent. In this role, you will build a qualified pipeline of active and passive candidates, conduct interviews, and initiate the offer process with hiring managers. You will build trusting relationships with hiring managers and while maintaining a high level of candidate care.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for growth of business by matching company’s human resource demand with supply built through a network of suitable candidates.
- Reach the largest number of potential candidates in the most time-efficient manner by building networks through company databases, advertising, and contacting members of professional organizations and forums.
- Identify current or potential suitable candidates in order to determine which candidates are eligible for further evaluation based on skill set required for position
- Coordinate interviews with qualified staff according to competencies required for each position
- Pre-qualify potential candidates through phone interviews.
- Record all relevant candidate information including phone or email exchanges, resumes, competencies, internal interviews feedback, references, etc. in company database.
- Communicate job offers defined by hiring authorities and enter into the negotiation process as necessary.
- Carry out required reference and background checks.
