Job Description

Release Specialist duties to include validating documentation for release requests. The position requires the specialist to review system notes, third-party authorizations, notes, mortgages, etc., in HUD's system of record for FHA-insured loans in order to ensure recorded mortgages are released timely and accurately while protecting HUD's interest.

Qualifications

3 + years of mortgage industry experience a plus Data Management skills. Background or Knowledge in FHA Guidelines. Familiarity with HUD guidelines.Excellent oral and written communication skills Superior organizational Skills Proficient in MS Office Suite and other specialized software applications 10 - Key Data Entry 60-80 WPM
