Job Description

ISN is looking for a Project Manager (PM) to oversee a national call center that plays a pivotal role in locating migrant and migrating children and helping potential sponsors navigate the family reunification process. Additionally, the call center provides community resources and assistance with linking unaccompanied children to assistance as needed upon release from a care provider.

Finally, the call center is an avenue to report allegations of sexual abuse and sexual harassment and to provide child welfare community based referrals, post release service referrals, crisis intervention, and safety planning.

The PM will be the primary point of contact for Government staff and shall oversee staffing, management, and reporting. They will be responsible for providing overall management of the programmatic, administrative, financial, and operational aspects related to the provision of services. Based on direction from the Government, the Project Manager will direct work priorities to maintain a professionally managed program.

The Project Manager will oversee compliance with the Contract, Government requirements, timely performance of tasks and deliverables, collaboration with Government personnel and stakeholders, and training needs.

Qualifications

This is a Hybrid role

The PM must have a high level of expertise in child welfare, trauma-informed care, and serving immigrant youth and families at the management level.

They must have a Masters’ degree or higher in Social Work, or a social sciences related discipline, and at least five years of demonstrated child welfare experience.

Experience working with immigrant youth and families and underserved populations are strongly preferred.

Bilingual capabilities are strongly preferred.
