As the Enterprise Applications Back Office Leader, your role is pivotal in overseeing SailPoint’s financial systems, bridging the G&A departments, ensuring effective implementation, planning, operation, and optimization of all systems, particularly within the context of NetSuite.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess leadership experience and have a deep knowledge of Finance processes, applications, and best practices. A robust understanding of managing large-scale projects is essential for this position. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, related degree preferred, not required

• 8+ years of ERP experience in the software/high tech industry.

• 5+ years of prior Business stakeholder engagement experience

• Working knowledge of SaaS and DevOps concepts.

• Integration experience NetSuite and other finance applications

• Candidate must be well versed in NetSuite and all functions/modules of NetSuite.

• Strong project leadership skill set preferably around large-scale ERP implementations.

• Administer the NetSuite sandbox environment for safe testing and development.

• Ensure that changes and updates are thoroughly tested before being deployed to the production environment.

• Responsible for configuring and maintaining the NetSuite system to align with the organization's evolving needs.

• Collaborate with various departments to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations.

• Implement data cleaning and data quality processes to maintain accurate and reliable data within NetSuite.

• Identify and rectify data inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors.

• Facilitate the integration of NetSuite with other business systems, such as CRM, eCommerce platforms, or third-party applications.

• Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization across systems.

• Implement and manage security protocols, user access controls, and permissions within NetSuite to safeguard sensitive data.

• Stay up to date with security best practices and compliance requirements.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes.

• Conduct training sessions for end-users and team members to enhance their NetSuite proficiency.

• Communicate effectively across internal and external teams to help deliver projects successfully.

• Build strong relationships with the Finance business stakeholders as well as other key stakeholders within the business.

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Knowledge of basic networking principles and concepts.

• Experience leading or deploying automated testing with Enterprise SaaS applications.

• Work with System Integrators to lead the Business Transformation project around Finance successfully by highlighting any risks to the project and educating the business users.
