**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Tech will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities within the organization.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or trade school is a plus
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance systems
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and systems
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and landscaping
- Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner
