Position Requirements

Experience in reviewing, documenting, and categorizing current or as-is state of the business process or function including creating flow charts and process models, and developing portions of the desired future or to-be state of those processes

Experience in identifying and documenting the scope of business process changes or enhancements required by procedural changes 

Experience in developing test data scenarios, analyzing the results, and validating requirements throughout the business analysis process

Experience in developing training plans and training users on new IT system functions or business processes

Experience in reviewing and analyzing business process deficiencies requiring resolution during or after implementation

Experience in performing business analysis intelligence activities, such as data mining, to extract data for forecasting, service delivery metrics, and providing management with data to make policy decisions

Experience with SQL, TFS and Quality Center
