JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the daily administrative operation of the outpatient OMH licensed clinic(s) and any satellite clinics.
Interrelationships: Clients, clients’ families, interdisciplinary personnel, personnel from referring agencies, local and state governing bodies, ICL personnel and administration
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Oversees Clinic Program Systems & Standardization
- Supervises On Track Program
- Oversees weekly disposition and re/assignment of cases
- Manages Clinic Budgets/Productivity
- Participates in Clinic Marketing Events/Planning (as needed)
- Supervises Senior Office Manager & oversees associated tasks & responsibilities
- Administratively supervises psychiatric providers and Nurse (RN)
- Responsible for Clinic PSYCKES & other projects
- Administrative Supervision of Psychiatric Providers & RN
- Acts as hiring manager (Manages Interviews and Onboarding)
- Oversees Clinic Staff Meetings
- Supervises Clinical Supervisors
- Shares in training staff in the maintenance of clinical records in compliance with all city, state and federal regulations as per the city Department of Mental Health, Intellectual Disability and Substance Use, the State Office of Mental Health and the State of New York Department of Health.
- Oversees mandated levels of services
- Leads utilization review committee
- Manages/Updates High Risk Rosters
- Attends IRC & Sentinel Reviews
- Participates in ICL-CHN Clinical Integration Meeting & Other required clinical consultation meetings
- Reports weekly and as needed to Vice President of Integrated Services
- Performs other duties as required

Job Knowledge
- Must have an excellent understanding of state and city OMH, and NYCDMH, regulations. Must have knowledge of third party and managed care requirements. Superior written and verbal communication skills are a must. Successful track record of leading diverse interdisciplinary staff is essential
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) Required with current, valid NYS registration. A condition of continuing employment is that licensure is maintained. Training and Experience: 5 years minimum clinical experience (with children, adolescents, and adults). 2 years minimum progressive administrative and/or supervisory experience.
Salary Range: $85k-95k (dependent on qualifications and experience)
