Our Global Architecture & Urbanism Division combines the expertise of IBI’s Buildings and Placemaking practice, our Places’ capabilities, and CRTKL’s multi-sector design leadership to offer a diverse range of solutions focusing on human-centric design, sustainability, and technology.
Arcadis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its mixed-use team located in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a diverse, creative team dedicated to excellence in design and innovative problem solving, with technical experience, and a drive to succeed. The position is focused on leading a team to the successful delivery of mid-to-large scale mixed-use projects both domestically.

Responsibilities
· Plans, coordinates, and manages the project process for medium to large scale commercial mixed-use projects.
· Represents the project as the primary contact for client interaction.
· Serves as the main contributor during client meetings and presentations.
· Collaborates with other lead professionals to ensure design and documentation are in accordance with project expectations.
· Initiates and manages the contracts and finances for assigned projects.
· Generates, maintains weekly work plans for the design team and project schedules.
· Negotiates critical and controversial issues with appropriate parties.
· Leads, collaborates, and coordinates multiple consultants to ensure design and documentation meet project expectations.
· Mentors junior staff and helps them navigate the process of the project.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Architecture
· Licensed Architect (California preferred)
· 10 years of Architecture experience
· 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager for:
· Medium to large scale, mixed-use projects (multi-family residential, hotel, retail, office)
· Domestic projects (west coast US preferred)
· Renovation and ground up projects from planning through CA.
· Extensive experience with California agencies and entitlement and permitting process.
· Extensive experience with Type 1 through Type 3 construction and permitting practices.
· Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet or Microsoft Project, Excel, Bluebeam,
· Proficient in Deltek Vision and/or Oracle software.
· Strong verbal and written communication.
· Organized, detail-oriented and self-starter
The salary range for this position is $ 95, 000 - $115, 000 year.
