Description

DDI Technology is seeking a Director, Sales and Revenue to join our team.  This position has Work from Home (WFM) capabilities and be located anywhere in the United States. 

DDI Technology, a wholly-owned subsidiary of IAA Holdings LLC and RB Global Inc., provides a complete automotive titling and registration suite for all participants in the US automotive industry.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Director of Sales and Revenue is responsible for sales strategy, account retention, and overall revenue attainment. The incumbent must maintain expert-level  knowledge of all DDI products and services while fostering an All-In, One Team working environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assuming the leadership role in development of sales, account management, and marketing strategies
  • Developing, maintaining, and growing relationships with key strategic partners, including banking associations, motor vehicle agencies, and automotive industry associations.
  • Directing all efforts to build a growing business, eliminate attrition, and develop all client-facing sales and marketing collateral, in support of hitting revenue and profitability targets.
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring the behavioral effectiveness of sales commission plans.
  • Representing the organization at conferences and industry trade shows, as necessary
  • Maintaining an expert-level understanding of the US automotive industry  
  • In conjunction with marketing resources, conducting market research and market analysis to ensure that company goals, objectives, and products are current and relevant
  • Developing a deep understanding of competitor strategies, tactics and products
  • Implementing a cross-functional relationship strategy with RBG enterprise leaders to understand processes, identify pain points, and implement DDI solutions that benefit the RBA enterprise.
  • Establishing and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance of sales, onboarding, and account management teams
  • Representing the VOC in the development of organizational pricing strategies.
  • Providing customer feedback to support the efforts of the product and technical teams in support of their efforts to consistently improve service and product offerings
  • Developing and providing accurate, timely reporting to C-level and executive management

 Competencies and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and ten years of goal-exceeding performance in a sales management or revenue director role.
  • 5 years of experience selling SaaS solutions to national- and super-regional financial institutions and to top-50 automotive dealership groups.
  • Proven expertise in sales techniques and practices.
  • 10 years of experience leading national SaaS sales teams
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to make data-based decisions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Leads with unquestioned ethical standards and integrity consistent with organizational values.
  • Expert level planning and organizational skills
  • Expert level knowledge and skills using the complete Microsoft Office suite
  • 50% travel is expected
