Internship Program Overview

ITW’s internship program provides unparalleled access to challenging opportunities in high-growth, dynamic industries. Position Summary

ITW’s Tax Internship Program is aimed at providing meaningful and fulfilling work experience under the mentorship of skilled tax professionals. This summer internship program will provide you with marketable experiences and skills, as well as introduce you to ITW’s unique way of doing business. Superior performance can result in a full-time employment offer.

Join the ITW Tax team of over 40 professionals at Corporate Headquarters located in Glenview, IL and have an opportunity to work in Federal or International compliance. Our campus includes a fitness center at no cost to the employees, cafeteria, outdoor volleyball courts, walking trails around the facility, employee resource groups, corporate discounts, dry cleaning services, covered/outdoor parking, and much more.  We are one block walk to the nearest Metra station, and it is a quick 20-minute train ride to downtown Chicago, museums, lakefront, and other activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-time work schedule
  • Assist the Domestic Tax, International Tax, and Transfer Pricing teams in various projects
  • Work on assigned projects as necessary

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax
  • Minimum GPA 3.2
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and self-review
  • Work independently and on a team
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office
