The Marketing Project Coordinator role is a key player in the success of Highline Warren’s marketing initiatives. We are searching for a self-motivated, team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This person exhibits exceptional organizational skills, has a keen eye for detail and brings teams together to achieve a common goal.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Work closely with cross-functional team across sales, graphics, integrated marketing, master data management, category management and operations to keep marketing projects clear, organized and on track via project management system
  • Act as process driver, holding cross-functional team-members accountable to deliver quality input in advance of deadlines
  • Review projects in queue and alleviate roadblocks that would result in failed target date
  • Lead the packaging proofing process, reviewing content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, part numbers, UPCs, brand standards and packaging specs discrepancies
  • Work with marketing leadership to build and maintain comprehensive annual integrated brand marketing calendar
  • Coordinate efforts between MDM and graphics team to build and maintain Digital Asset Management system
  • Provide integrated brand marketing team with additional support as needed to drive the business.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

An individual qualified for this job must be able to:

  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure of multiple deadlines
  • Naturally curious and continuous learner
  • Experience with project management software (Monday.com or similar)
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and Adobe Acrobat

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATIONS

An individual qualified for this job must have and maintain the following qualifications:

  • 1-2 years in relevant marketing, sales or customer service experience
  • Experience in Automotive Aftermarket industry a plus
