Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete HRP checklists according to Hayes Credentialing Guidelines.
  • Acts as a liaison to Internal team to assist with file completion.
  • Assist HRP Specialists with provider file completion entering information into MD Staff.
  • Maintain priority of booked and non-booked files using Salesforce reports.
  • Send welcome letters to providers upon completion of credentialing process.
  • Run and upkeep license report in MD Staff.
  • Complete FSMB verifications.
  • Performs clerical assistance for PCF states.
  • Assist CRO with various administrative tasks.
  • Send Files to Medical Directors for review upon CRO Request.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, MD Staff, and ALOE is highly preferred.
  • A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
