Responsibilities:
• Sourcing physicians across the USA using social media techniques.
• Negotiate and place Physicians into healthcare facilities by matching candidate’s background to
temporary job requirements
• Communicate with physicians via cold call (around 100 calls daily), email marketing, and text to
gage their interests in job opportunities.
• Network and develop lasting relationships with physicians and healthcare providers to grow your
book of business.
• Exceed your monthly goals in a fast paced inside sales environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
• Build relationships with Health providers and help them find the talent they require

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 1-year work experience in sales, customer service, or leadership (Will consider
organizational involvement: student athlete, clubs, military, community involvement).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sense of urgency, driven, and must enjoy working in a fast pace environment.
• Be open to coaching and training to ensure success
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
by our company for this position now or in the futur
