Position Title: RN - Field PRN

Overview:  RN provides a full range of hospice nursing care to patients and families in care center, facilities and home settings. This position monitors patient's medical conditions and provides accurate reports to attending physician.  They also coordinate case management of patient services and medical care, work in an interdisciplinary care setting to teach, assist, and support patient/family with the dying process.

Qualifications:

• Florida RN license, required.
• Requires a current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification (American Heart Association).
• Oncology, palliative care, geriatrics, or home health care experience preferred.
• Experience working with interdisciplinary team desired.
• Current Florida driver's license and insurance.
