Position Title: RN Admissions
Location: Gainesville
**This position schedule is 2:30pm - 10pm, and every other weekend. **
Overview: The RN Admissions visits patients and families for the purpose of providing information and admitting to Haven. This position develops Plan of Care for Haven services, obtains physician certification, primary and secondary diagnosis and admission orders for patients who qualify. They act as liaison in coordination of referral and admission information with referring and attending physicians and their staff and Haven primary teams. This position also acquires, documents and distributes patient, physician and vendor information for primary teams and affiliates in a timely manner. You Have:
• Florida RN license required. BSN preferred. CPR required.
• Nursing experience, preferable in oncology, palliative care, geriatrics or home health care. Minimum 1 year of customer service/sales experience required.
