Note: This internship is for Summer 2024

Your role as a Data Driven Solutions Intern

As a Data Driven Solutions Intern, you will assist the Data Driven Solutions team with development of framework to interact with Telemetry building platform programmatically. This will involve writing code to extract, transform, analyze, store, and visualize data from the Telemetry platform.

Assist Data Driven Solutions team with novel BuildingBI-based data visualizations. This will involve creating templates to summarize data from within the Telemetry platform regarding energy use calculations or other building performance metrics.

• Gain experience in HVAC Controls working alongside our Facility Analytics Engineers on customer sites project sites
• Perform testing and verification of mechanical systems
• Get exposure to other departments and learn how your role impacts the business as a whole
• Translate concepts learned in the classroom to real world experiences

 What we're looking for in you

• Must be a current student working toward degree in computer science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, construction, or related
• Interest in pursuing a career in the mechanical contracting/ HVAC industry
• Knowledge of data visualization software (R, Matlab, Python, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
• Basic understanding of physics
• Basic understanding of programing principles
• Strong problem solving and collaboration skills required

Compensation

 Pay Range: $18.54 - $27.81 per hour

 The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
