The Role:

This position is for someone who has mechanical and handyman skills.

Job specifications are as follows

Basic to advanced knowledge and the ability to repair, maintain and troubleshoot:

• Flooring
• Carpeting
• Painting
• Plastering
• Drywall
• Wall coverings
• Appliances
• Windows
• Doors

Advanced knowledge and ability to repair, maintain and troubleshoot:

• Electrical
• Domestic water plumbing
• Sewage plumbing
• Gas plumbing
• Boilers
• HVAC (refrigerant evacuation, recovery and charging inclusive of brazing)  

Necessary certifications:

• EPA certification for refrigerant handling/recovery Type 1 and 2.
• EPA Universal certificate is a plus
• FDNY G-60 (Torch Use) Must be obtained within a timely manner
• FDNY F-60 (Fire Guard for Torch Use) Must be obtained within a timely manner

This position will also require the capability to perform front of house contractor/tenant liaison meetings and/or discussions regarding the above outlined topics to best serve the tenants of a high end residential community.
