We are seeking a senior account manager who is detail oriented and possesses strong writing and observational skills, has a background in property management and/or commercial leasing, and is able to independently balance and manage several tasks and priorities.

The position will be based in Philadelphia, PA, and will require regular site visits throughout the metropolitan Philadelphia area. The successful candidate will be expected to work out of Greystone’s and/or our client’s Center City offices at least three days per week.

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for compliance and performance of a portfolio of tenants and related uses. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure tenant compliance of license/lease agreements
  • Conduct operational and safety inspections in a public environment
  • Liaise with tenants through preparation of correspondence for agency officials and in-person meetings with transit-oriented retailers, area businesses, and local municipalities and their representatives
  • Facilitate prompt resolution in assisting tenants with informational and compliance issues
  • Draft tenant correspondence and internal memoranda
  • Assist with generation of reports and/or research as directed
  • Assist with rent collections, insurance compliance, tenant build out requirements

Experience, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field with a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in real estate, property management, and/or leasing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, prioritization, and interpersonal skills
  • Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong writing and reading comprehension skills
  • Knowledge of real estate terminology, leases and transactions
