*This role supports the Customs/Models Division*

Highlights of what our Superintendent will do:

• Conduct percent of completion analysis to ensure project are on budget
• Provide support for the Operations team by determining production schedules
• Partner with foremen to ensure materials and labor for project needs are met
• Build relationship with clients and field personnel by conducting weekly job walks
• Understand client needs and identify cost effective enhancements and change orders to ensure profitability
• Communicate with onsite Superintendents to provide updates on project progress
• Strategize how to improve project performance and exceed goals
• Mobile and electronic email correspondence is detrimental in keeping projects on time and lines of communication open
• Be able to solve problems in real time while discovering opportunities to add value to clients
• Be able to calculate Average Crew Rates using Excel and price requested work outside of scope accordingly
• Identify and communicate roadblocks or potential roadblocks in real time and be able to provide value by offering solution
• Schedule heavy equipment to be efficient with mobilizations
• Coordinate subcontracts and review scope to identify possible scope gap
• Awareness of allocated project hours at all times and provide to Foreman

Skills & experience that are necessary will include, but not limited to:

• At least 3 years of construction experience
• Experience working in land development, landscape, and/or masonry/concrete trades preferred
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
• Ability to read and understand plans, material lists, guidelines and meet timelines
• Must have excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Experience with irrigation systems and plant landscape materials
• Expert time management skills
