Are you our next great Sales Coordinator?

*At Gothic, we do a lot of marketing events and the Sales Coordinator position is a key contributor to this effort. We host client events, parties, golf leagues, fantasy football, lunches, trips, etc. This is a position that client faces and supports sales efforts in relationship-building.

Highlights of what our Sales Coordinator will do includes, but is not limited to:

  • Manages the daily workflow through our proprietary CRM.
  • Manages internal/external contract flow.
  • Schedules meetings, prepares minutes and follows up on meeting items.
  • Drafts financial, statistical, narrative, and/or other reports as requested.
  • Assists with marketing events and managing the Marketing Dashboard.
  • Assists with special projects as required.
  • Prepares and sends out contracts/change orders for signatures.
  • Communicates with clients as needed to return or request contract documents.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Sales and Operations teams.

Are you the right fit for this role? Skills & experience that are necessary as a Sales Coordinator will include, but not limited to:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Highly personable and energetic. Willing to attend events after regular working hours.
  • Must possess strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; and monitors own work to ensure quality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
