Provides in-house parts support of the service department by pulling necessary parts.  Also will provide warehouse support to the parts counter by pulling necessary parts for customers as requested.

Responsibilities:

• Supplies Service Technicians with parts as requested
• Prepares parts for service calls, ensuring all supplies are ready
• Return any parts not used on service calls to Lead Shop Parts
• Help maintain the tech tool room, locating and ordering tools for technicians
• Help maintain parts warranty bin and ship out recalled parts
• Help maintain inventory on shop oil and supplies
• Ensure parts are placed on correct work order segments
• May deliver parts or other items to technicians, customers and/or other Gooseneck locations

Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:

• Basic data entry and keyboarding skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs
• Ability to be on feet for hours at a time, traveling up and down stairs as needed
• Ability learn use of forklift
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must submit a driving authorization form to perform a check with our insurance company to ensure that you are able to drive for us
