The Supply Chain Intern will assist the Supply Chain Planning and Customer Service teams in various tasks related to supply chain management. The intern will be responsible for conducting various ad-hoc analyses, providing assistance with existing projects, and developing new techniques to increase the overall performance of the Supply Chain department. This is a paid internship with an expected assignment length of 10 to 12 consecutive weeks. The intern will work in a hybrid model Monday through Friday - 3 days/week in the corporate office in Burlington, NC, and 2 days/week remotely.
**Must be able to commute into the office 3 days a week, housing is not provided**
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist Supply Chain planning team with analyses to help drive supply chain effectiveness.
- Work in Power BI to help organize data and visuals.
- Assist with streamlining workflows and processes within the Supply Chain department.
- Research statistical techniques and causal factors to improve forecasting.
- Create documentation for all projects throughout the duration of the internship.
- Prepare and present a summary of work and findings at the end of the internship.

- 9 consecutive weeks between May and August
Required Candidate Qualifications
- Enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Program in Business, Supply Chain Management, Textile Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business/Administration, or similar fields (required)
- Excellent GPA (minimum 3.0)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting as well as individually
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - must be able to present ideas to others clearly and effectively
