We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our growing Talent team. The Talent Acquisition Assistant will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and will coordinate hiring activities, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and perform initial phone interviews for on-site positions.
- Review and assess candidate’s qualifications and suitability for position.
- Coordinate and schedule on-site interviews with managers and prospective candidates.
- Build and develop relationships with on-site managers to understand their specific needs.
- Maintain communication with candidates through hiring process.
- Schedule interviews for Talent Acquisition team.
- Post open positions on various websites.
- Assist the Human Resources team during the recruiting and onboarding process through various tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 year of recruiting experience required.
- Basic knowledge of key recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, assessing, and relationship management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel to properties as needed.
