RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take calls from potential client’s, conduct holistic screening and benefits analysis, and complete appropriate intakes. Handle an administrative caseload including: Food stamps; Medicare; Medicaid; TANF; and Childcare Assistance. Assist with completing applications and submitting documents. Communicate as appropriate with third party contacts. Create and implement new community outreach and education within the service area that can be replicated statewide.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful applicant must be at least a high school graduate; type 50 WPM; and pass grammar, spelling, punctuation, vocabulary, and proofreading tests. Must be familiar with basic office duties and be knowledgeable in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Outlook. Must be licensed to drive and have reliable transportation. Must have good oral advocacy and writing skills. Knowledge of public benefits a plus.
