The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer will be a crucial part of our digital commerce and marketing teams, responsible for developing, administering, and optimizing solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This includes various functionalities such as Email Studio, Automation Studio, Personalization, MobileConnect, Journey Builder, and more. Collaborative engagement with different business sectors is essential for translating strategic campaigns and initiatives into reality. We are looking for an expert in AMPscript, SQL, API integration, and personalization and automation strategies to drive the success of our marketing efforts.
How You Will Make an Impact
• Develop and optimize marketing automation solutions using Email Studio, Automation Studio, Personalization, MobileConnect, Journey Builder, CloudPages, and other SFMC tools.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and convert them into efficient, scalable marketing campaigns.
• Manage a contact database and model for customers and marketing subscribers from various data sources.
• Create dynamic and personalized marketing campaigns using AMPscript and SQL expertise.
• Build automations for marketing, analysis, and system maintenance using SQL knowledge.
• Implement API integrations to connect SFMC with external systems and data sources.
• Maintain and optimize SFMC for peak performance and data integrity.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging SFMC trends.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or process issues as they arise.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, offering actionable insights for optimization.
Experience and Skills You'll Need to Have
• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related tools.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, API integrations, and other SFMC-related skills.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, Administrator, and/or Email Specialist certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization and personalization.
• Familiarity with JavaScript in MC Personalization a plus (formerly Interaction Studio).
• Understanding of data management and segmentation techniques within SFMC.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy, quality, and data integrity.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, adaptable collaborator.
• Experience in digital commerce and marketing is preferred.
