QUALIFICATIONS:                                                                                          

• Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
• Active state license required in good standing
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, and clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
