QUALIFICATIONS:                                                                                          

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. If foreign-trained, the program must be deemed substantially equivalent to a Physical Therapist entry-level education in the U.S. by a credential's evaluation organization approved by the APTA.
  • Active state license required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
  • Active CPR certification.
  • Annual physical and TB skin test required.
